MODULE 2: Fundamentals of distillation
Distillation theory and technology
Effect of the pot still designs and copper
Spirit distillation and congeners analysis
MODULE 3: Wood and maturation
Oak structure and composition
Casks making, preparation, effect of pre-used casks
Chemical changes during maturation
