Whisky and cheese is a match made in single malt heaven. Join us for an exclusive class, in which you will discover why whisky's complex notes compliment palatable cheeses. Jordan Zimmerman, Edrington's NY Brand Ambassador and former Murray's Cheese Education Manager, will expertly guide you through this mouthwatering pairing class, and you will learn how to pair fine Scotches with artisanal cheeses.

TASTING INCLUDES ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
- The Macallan 10 year Fine Oak paired with Vermont Creamery Cremont
- Highland Park 12 year paired with Clothbound Cheddar
- The Macallan Rare Cask paired with Two Sisters Isabella Gouda
- Famous Grouse Black Grouse paired with Fourme d'Ambert

All levels of experience are welcome--whisky connoisseurs and beginners alike. Signature welcome cocktail, four whiskies and four cheeses provided.

To register for any class at The Flatiron Room, payment in full is required at the time of registration. Credit may be issued for a future class by notifying us in writing at least 7 days prior to class date by emailing Evelina at [email protected]. Or you can transfer your space in the class to a friend, family member or colleague. Simply email [email protected] with the name of your substitute.
