Jordan Zimmerman, Edrington's NY Brand Ambassador and former Murray's Cheese Education Manager, will expertly guide you through this mouthwatering pairing class, and you will learn how to pair fine Scotches with artisanal cheeses.

- The Macallan 10 year Fine Oak paired with Vermont Creamery Cremont
- Highland Park 12 year paired with Clothbound Cheddar
- The Macallan Rare Cask paired with Two Sisters Isabella Gouda

To register for any class at The Flatiron Room, payment in full is required at the time of registration. Credit may be issued for a future class by notifying us in writing at least 7 days prior to class date by emailing Evelina at [email protected]. Or you can transfer your space in the class to a friend, family member or colleague. Simply email [email protected] with the name of your substitute.
