From FINGER LAKES DISTILLING in New York, we will taste WhitePike Whiskey. This unaged whiskey is made from a signature blend of locally grown corn, spelt and malted wheat. It is rich through the middle and finishes smooth; and it is young enough to mix in ways brown whiskeys won't.
