Women & Whiskey Tasting with Michter's @ 67 Wine

Today, the whiskey industry has seen growth in women who hold executive position in major spirits companies like Jim Beam, William Grant & Sons, Brown-Forman, and the powerhouse Diageo. Britt Chavanne runs a Kentucky distillery putting out brands like Willet, Rowan's Creek, Noah's Mill and other fashionable whiskeys. Other notable women include Becky Harris, co-founder of Catoctin Creek, Trow Ball of Asheville Distillery.
We are excited to have powerhouse Michter's--where Pam Heilmann, distiller and VP of production practices her craft--on February 19th at 5pm when we celebrate women's role in the world of whiskey. Pam logged 15 years at Beam Global, Inc. Beam's brands include Booker's, Baker's, Basil Hayden's and Knob Creek. During her tenure at Beam, Pam rose to the position of Distillery Manager at Booker Noe Distillery before moving on the Michter's.
