Makers Manifest 3rd Ave Festival

Makers Manifest is a recurring open-air neighborhood craft market (organized by Trade + Prosper) that closes a stretch of Third Avenue on the Upper East Side for local makers, food, and drink. Whisky events here are one-off pop-ups by visiting distilleries rather than a permanent tasting program.
